ABSOLUTELY Halloween is my fav. holiday. We all always dress up!! this year not sure what though .

Sad but true. I watch everything! Bachelorette, bachelor, survivor, amazing race, project runway, hells kitchen, I could go on and on...

Lazy Sunday? yeah right!

Sunday already where did the week go? I had friends over last night to just hang out and have some pizza cooked on the brick oven outside, and of course jello shots :) It is so nice to have good friends to spend time with.

Today I am hosting a Girl Scout get together for my troop at my house. Its going to be the perfect weather. 87 and dry. Excited to tell the girls about all the fun things I have planned for this upcoming year! I just can't believe that everything is starting up again. My life has become super busy really quick. Time to go get a big dry erase calendar so I can keep track of everything.

Wish I could just have a lazy Sunday. Whatever happened to those?? Oh right I had kids :)

Second grade

My daughter started 2nd grade today! I truly cannot believe she is already almost 8 years old and in 2nd grade!! She totally is getting big. She doesn't look like my little girl anymore, she looks so grown up. This makes me a little sad.

Gone are the days of me picking out her clothes to wear to school. She spent awhile last night picking out just the perfect outfit for the first day. The right shirt, leggings, skirt, and of course the accessories the peace scarf, silly bands, the right shoes, and earrings. I didn't think this started this young. Last year she just wore what I told her. Not this year she has her own style which she has informed is the "rocker style"

I foresee many arguments in the morning picking out clothes. I need to go buy one of those weekly hanger organizers then she can pick out 5 outfits on Sun. so we can avoid the fights.

I hope she is still as excited to go to school in 4 months as she was today.

My poor Dog!

We had my dog spayed 2 days ago, I know this is good for her health and will be better in the long run. But what a process. I felt so bad dropping her her.

I went and picked her up of course she was super excited to see me and the kids. She is a crazy dog lots of energy. But i figured oh she just had surgery she will want to rest. Yeah not so much! We weren't even home 10 minutes and she popped one of her stitches :( So back to the Vet we go. They put in 2 staples (ouch) and kept her for the day. I picked her up again and she wanted to be crazy still, so I did what anyone would do I drugged her. (its ok the vet said i could give her Benedryl to help her be a little sleepy) Put her in her crate and let her rest.

She did really well last night. We let her out after the kids went to bed and she just rested on the floor. This morning too she stayed out for a little bit but started to get worked up so back to the crate she went!!

This is a lot harder then I thought it would be. I will glad once she heals. I know thats sounds terrible but I hate seeing her like this. I just want it back to normal. Dogs are so much work.. I love her and shes part of our family but a lot of work.

Anyways enough of my complaining.

Disney World!!!! We leave in 5 weeks :))

Where has the summer gone!!

I can't believe that summer is over!

At the beginning of the summer it felt like I had so much time, now as this was the last weekend before school starts up for Kylie I can't believe its over!

We have had a good summer! We also have a great fall coming. Disney World here we come!!!!!!!! HAlloween, apple picking, pumpkin picking, apple pies, jeans and sweatshirt weather. I am so excited!

But I also am a little sad that my baby is going to start preschool I REALLY don't know where the time has gone, shes not my baby anymore. I know that she will love it and have so much fun!!!!!

I hope the weather changes from the rain today so we can enjoy the last couple days of summer with friends and doing a couple of fun things.
